We only have a couple of rooms left for 2026/27 so please contact us for viewings or to make a reservation before they are gone.
Our prices for 2026/27 range from £154-170 per week. Included in our prices are:
- all utility charges
- free access to the laundry
- high speed wired and wifi internet access
- the TV licence and Netflix subscription for the living room Smart TV
- use of a fully equipped kitchen including a range of pans, crockery and cutlery
- individual kitchen cupboards
- regular cleaning
- sophisticated security and access control systems
As you can see our prices include pretty much everything so there should be no unexpected costs and we do not charge letting or contract admin fees. Another reason why Portland House offers such great value!
If you don't have a UK based guarantor we can discuss alternative approaches. Just ahead of moving in we ask for a damage deposit of £250 which is returnable at the end of the contract so long as there has been no damage.
We provide accommodation for large and small groups as well as individual applicants so you do not need to be concerned if you are looking for one room or several. Perhaps most importantly, all our tenancies are individual, including if you are part of a group so you are only responsible for your own costs.
The move in date for the 2026/27 year will be from 17 August 2026. Earlier dates may be possible so please ask if you need to move in sooner.
Subject to meeting the requirements of Norwich City Council students usually do not have to pay Council Tax.
