We have three six bedroom apartments, three with five bedrooms and one with seven bedrooms. 

 

Our bedrooms are exceptionally spacious with the majority in the range of 16-20 sqm.

 

We rent to individuals as well as groups so if you are not part of a large group that is not a problem.

Each ensuite bedroom includes:

 

- its own ensuite shower bathroom

- plenty of wardrobe, bookshelves and other storage space

- a large desk with free high speed wired and - wifi internet access

- numerous power points

- TV aerial points 

 

 

Every kitchen contains:

 

- large table and chairs

- a large fridge and separate freezer

- cooker and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster

crockery, cutlery and utensils

Maintenance and cleaning

 

Our experienced and friendly site services team ensure that the building runs smoothly.  Living rooms and bathrooms are cleaned regularly and between tenancies we aim to return things to 'good as new' condition.

 

Communal use

There is a free to use communal laundry and extensive bike storage facilities.

 

Security

 

Entrances and common parts are all monitored via CCTV and entry to the building and apartments is controlled via the latest door entry and video control technology. Bikes can be stored behind a secure shutter too. 

 

Individual contracts

 

Each bedroom is available on an individual tenancy whether you are part of a group or not.
